Miss Northeast Alabama Rising Star program
This is not a pageant. This is an event affiliated with the Miss Alabama system where young women ages 7-11 are paired with a contestant competing in the Miss Alabama system. Potentially one young woman will go on with her to be on the Miss Alabama stage one night and spend the day with her during Miss Alabama week.

February 17, 2013 – Pageants in Alabama
The Miss Southern Valentine pageant will take place on February 17, 2013 at 2:00 in the Troy University Ballrooms. The pageant is sponsored by Miss Troy University, Caitlin Crowe and Miss Cahaba Valley, Amanda Ford. All proceeds will benefit the Children's Miracle Network. Registration is only $25.00 per contestant if you register BEFORE February 10th! The deadline to register is February 14th.
