This pageant is a 100% total fundraiser for the scholarship dollars which will be awarded to our Miss Cullman Area winner on Nov 4. Miss Cullman Area is an official preliminary to Miss Alabama / Miss America.

All winners will receive full round Miss America style crowns. We will have 9 age group winners and alternates from each age group, embroidered sashes and a fun year planned for you as sister queens to our Miss Cullman Area. The winners will be presented on stage at the Nov 4 preliminary and our Ad Sales Queen and princess will also receive special recognition during the preliminary.

We are a semi natural pageant with no flippers or hair pieces (i.e falls or min-falls) being allowed. If you have questions, please see the director. 1^st Annual Ider Mule Day Pageant

The Ider Band Boosters will be hosting the 1^st Annual Ider Mule Day Pageant. It will be held at Ider High School in the Cafeteria on August 25, 2012. Times will be announced once a final count of contestants is received. Proceeds will go to purchasing new uniforms for the Band.

The pageant is open to all contestants from newborn to age 19. Attire will be pageant wear. Prizes will be given to the top 3 winners in each division, as well as an overall Queen and King. Every participant will receive a 4x6 stage shot taken from a professional photographer. There will also be packages available from the photographer. The entry fee will be $35, and categories for photogenic color and black and white are $5 each and prizes awarded to the winners in each category. All forms and fees must be postmarked by August 10^th. Any late entry fees will require a $10 late fee and we cannot guarantee that your name will be in the program.

All entries will receive a pageant t-shirt.  Dress code will be Sunday Best or Pageant Dress.  No fake hair or teeth, please. 

All winners & runners-up will be invited to preside at the 16th Annual Sweet Tater Festival at Dowling Park in Crane Hill, AL the following weekend.

Age divisions:  Birth-12 months, 13-23 months, 24-35 months, 3-4 yrs, 5-7 yrs, 8-10 yrs, 11-13 yrs, 14-16 yrs, 17-19 yrs.

Contestants will compete on stage then be crowned as soon as the scores are added.

Ages 0-35 months begin at 11 am, ages 3-10 begin at 2 pm, ages 11-19 begin at 5 pm.

Entry fee is $40 or enter everything for $65 (includes photogenic, best smile, and most beautiful).  Sibling discount - enter everything for $35.

Because of scheduling issues, the Alabama Christian Miss/Ms./Mrs. OPEN STATE PAGEANT has been moved to Saturday, July 21st at Destiny Christian Church in Prattville, Alabama (Central Alabama). This semi-natural pageant is open to young ladies, ages 6-30 years. At-Large Entry Applications are due no later than Monday, July 9th (or while space is available), for $75.00 plus any optionals you may chose. Contestants may also purchase a Preliminary Title for just $200 which includes a beautiful preliminary crown, custom sash and entry into the state pageant + one optional of your choice, excluding photogenic. Preliminary Titles must be purchased by June 22nd. Community Service requirements have been changed for Contestants ages 6-13. Instead of a required project/platform, contestants will need to bring a stuffed Teddy Bears for Project Bear Hugs, which will be presented to the Family Sunshine Center home for victims of domestic violence and their children. They will do an onstage introduction. Older contestants, age 14-30 are encouraged to support a platform issue or do a community service project. Alabama Pageants wants you to “Go For The Gold”!!!!!

Calling all PAGEANT OLYMPIANS!  Join us on July 29 in Hanceville at the Hanceville Rec and Wellness Center.  We are a semi-natural pageant with hair and makeup allowed as long as age & stage appropriate.  We have custom themed crowns for the pageant and they are gorgeous standing tall at 10 inches.  Embroidered sashes and eight age group winners.  Following beauty, all contestants will compete in USA themed casual wear.   The whole package is only $65!

Additionally, a “Torchbearer” award will be awarded to the contestant who provides the most assistance to the Pilot House of Cullman.  Details will come as to what we will be doing for the Pilot House.  It will not require you going to Cullman.  The “Torchbearer” will receive a Torchbearer Crown, Sash and large trophy.

CMN and American Heart and Stroke Association fundraiser pageant hosted by Elizabeth Wesson, Miss Cullman Area

In December 2002, while on a family vacation to Disney World, Elizabeth’s Mom suffered a life changing stroke. As a result, Elizabeth’s personal platform is Stroke Awareness and Prevention. Additionally, she actively supports the American Heart and Stroke Association. Elizabeth is a native of Hartselle and recent graduate of UAB with a major in music and a concentration in vocal performance. Elizabeth was crowned Miss Cullman Area on February 26 and will compete for the title of Miss Alabama, on June 9, at Samford University in Birmingham.

Children’s Miracle Network is the national charity of the Miss America Organization. Join Elizabeth in her fundraising efforts for CMN and the American Heart and Stroke Association.
One “Miracle Maker Sweetheart” will be crowned for the contestant raising the most combined donations for the charities.

Karli's Angels Pageant - Thank You!

Thank you to everyone who came out to support the Karli's Angels pageant in Jemison.  We were able to give the family a sizeable donation towards their medical expenses.  But, it was so amazing to see the turnout and show of love for the family.  Special thanks to my judges, Jamie Brooks, Laura Guffin and Amanda Whitaker and my emcee, Erica Leonardi Clark.  It meant so much to me that you guys gave of your time and services.  Thank you to the City of Jemison for donating your amazing venue and to Mr James for his invaluable service to us the entire day.

The Alabama Christian Miss Open State Pageant will be held on Saturday, April 21^st in Prattville, Alabama, at Destiny Christian Church.  Applications are due by next Friday, April 6^th.  This is a semi-natural pageant open to  young ladies and women, ages 6 -30, Miss, Ms. and Mrs., with 8 eight divisions.  Modest dress for casual wear and formal wear are required, along with a referral letter from your church minister or youth director. Optional categories are also available for competition.  Purchase your preliminary title for just $200, which includes your beautiful preliminary crown and custom sash, along with your entry into the state pageant and one optional of your choice (excluding photogenic) or enter as an At Large contestants for just $75.00. The Hitchin Post will host our first "Rodeo Queen Round-Up Pageant" on April 28, 2012, just one week prior to our 5th Annual Championship Rodeo!! This pageant will be a little out of the norm in that we will have evening gown competition and western wear competition to determine our winner. Ages 4 -18 welcome! Also, an optional talent competition will be offered!

The Miss Daisy Pageant, presented by Aegis Women's Club, will be held Saturday, April 28th at Gardendale High School. The pageant is open to girls ages 1 yr to 12th grade. Each age division will have a winner, 1st, 2nd and 3rd runners up and side category winners. Entry fee is $55 and each side event is $5. Side events include Best Dressed, Prettiest Hair, Prettiest Smile and Most Photogenic. We will also award a Peoples Choice winner overall and an Academic Achievement Award will be presented in the 10th-12th grade division. Each contestant will receive a trophy, with special awards going to the runners up and side category winners. Each Division Title Winner will receive a beautiful crown, trophy, embroidered winners sash and prizes. The winner in the 10th -12th grade division will also be awarded a SCHOLARSHIP!!
ABSOLUTELY NO RESIDENCY RESTRICTIONS!!!
This pageant is a fundraiser for Aegis and all proceeds will go to local public schools! Each divisional winner will be presented with the opportunity to represent Aegis throughout the year at different events, including riding on their own float in the Gardendale Christmas Parade.
